PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal. It is safe and very easy to use.
You can also pay with your card without registered to PayPal account.
SHIPPING
We send packages via
💌 Standard Mail - NO Tracking Number and only available for order up to €20.
💌 Registered Mail with Tracking Number and you'll be able to track your parcel.
Please note that average time of delivery is:
✈️ 3 - 5 business days to UK
✈️ 1-2 weeks to Europe
✈️ 2-3 weeks to US, Canada, Europe
✈️ 2-4 weeks to Other Countries destinations
◼️ Transit time
It may depend on the location, as well as on time of the year - usually on Christmas, New Year.
◼️ The address
The items are shipped to your Paypal address. If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address, please enter that information in Billing Address or the "Notes" section when checking out.
◼️ Customs & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries.
REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGES
• Return are welcome. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value
• The following items cannot be returned : PDF Patterns and Custom Made Items.
• Cancellation can be accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us.
• Exchanges is NOT Applicable, as we will always send quality items and mostly buyer will get a final pictures before shipment to meet buyer’s satisfaction.

LOST PACKAGES
• For Standard Mail, Package is considered as lost if it doesn’t come within 60 business days from posting date (as no tracking number available). We would make a claim for your lost parcel to the Postal Office and would offer a replacement or refund after the lost claim is approved.
• For Registered Mail, Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 45 business days from posting date and tracking info approves that. We would offer a replacement for free or refund the full amount of order (exclude the shipping cost).
• If your package was successfully delivered to the your postal office, but was unclaimed - it's not considered as lost. In this case, when we get the item back, we would offer to you in two ways:
- We will resend the item again, but you will pay redelivery;
- We will refund the item‘s price, excluding shipping cost.
