I'm Henny Laksmiwati, the creative mind and hands behind Picorella.
There’s a story behind the name of Picorella itself, it bring me back to Naples, Italy.. where I started my handmade passions. I captivated myself by the city’s rich history of arts, one of it is called Presepe, the miniature arts. So I decided to make something, some handmade miniature from yarns. I found myself crocheting everyday and my room full of yarns, my husband called me picorella. Pecorella is little sheep in Italian, such a cute name and I’d love to make it as my Shop’s name.
