❤️ I want to order an item more than one piece/one set?You can add the quantity by clicking the “Add to cart” several time, or Click the “ + “ symbol from your cart.
Example :
you want to buy 3 set (9 pieces) of felt koala favors, just add to cart one set, click again until it reaches 3 sets. Or you can add to cart one time then continue to view your cart, add quantity to 3 (click the + until it shows 3). If you need help, just let us know. We could make a reservation listing for you.
❤️ I want a custom and personalised item ??
All custom order are welcome. If you have an idea in your mind and wondering if we can make it for you, just contact us. We can discuss your custom order. All custom order will get an update of their making progress and final pictures before shipment.
NOTE : Please aware that a custom order cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned, as they are made only for you. They will be ready to ship after you are happy with their final outcome. If you need more info about custom order, feel free to contact us.
❤️ How much is your shipping cost?
The shipping rate is based on your location and your parcel’s size-weight.
Please choose the correct category and add it to your cart before proceed the final payment.
You should add to cart only ONE “shipping cost” for your total order.

❤️ Where is my parcel?? Is it lost or take a long time to arrive??
Delivery time estimations :
* 3-5 days within United Kingdom
* 1-2 weeks to most European countries
* 2-3 weeks to US, Canada, Australia, Asia & Eastern Europe
* 2-4 weeks to Other Countries
It can sometimes take longer especially during busy holiday seasons (Christmas & New Year), but you can always track your parcel if they’re ship by Registered Mail. Unfortunately i am not responsible for any delays related to the post service, holiday seasons or unfortunate events (floods, catastrophe,etc).
Parcel will be considered lost if it doesn’t arrive after 45 business days for Registered Mail and it shows by the track number, for Standard mail is 60 business days after the shipment’s date. If this is happened (which is rare) then we will discuss the best way to resolve the problem, you will be offered a refund/resend after that. Any questions please contact us.
